6. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

BeeWell Pets is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages after dispatch

However, we will assist where possible to help resolve issues.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
